If you are a larger building with a concierge and lobby, the Premium plan is perfect for you. For any building that wants unlimited flexibility and customization, we built the Unlimited plan just for buildings like yours.

Absolutely not, we only need your email address. After your 60-day free trial, you can continue to use our product or cancel at any time.

We have no setup charges, we will even help you set up everything. You start using Apartment Connect today with no upfront payment.

There are no charges for training. We offer free training to help you worry less about learning a new platform and more about managing your building.

We would be more than happy to help you with any problems or issues that occur. You can contact our support team any time Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 7:00PM, we also provide 24/7 email support. We know your problems can be time sensitive, so we do everything we can to make sure to respond and assist in a timely manner.

We are a cloud based company, meaning you have complete access to your building from any device by going to our online dashboard. We also provide a mobile app for both residents and managers.

You can pay with a debit or credit card on our online dashboard. We will automatically renew your subscription at the end of every billing cycle.

You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will no longer be billed at the end of every billing cycle.

We do not offer refunds on our subscriptions. If you cancel your plan early, you will have access to Apartment Connect until the end of your billing cycle.
